Biography:
Leah is a professional off-road cyclist, coach, and all-around adventure seeker based in Boulder, Colorado. With a background in elite soccer and world cup skiing, Leah brings a well-rounded approach to endurance sports and the demands of competition. As a student-athlete that studied Exercise Physiology at West Virginia University, she is passionate about the training process, recovery, and performance optimization for athlete’s who strive to achieve their goals.
Leah is a 5-time BigXII Champion, an Ironman finisher, 2-time Lifetime Grand Prix athlete, and raced in the stars and stripes at the 2024 UCI Gravel World Championships. Now coaching with Apex Coaching, Leah is committed to guiding athletes through the challenges of training and racing while fostering a love for the sport.
Off the bike, Leah is all about building community, chasing adventure, and finding balance in life. Whether mentoring athletes of all levels or exploring new places, Leah is always looking to push boundaries and inspire others to do the same.
