Biography:
Nikki brings over 25 years of specialized bodywork experience to the APEX team, combining a deep understanding of human movement with a passion for high-level athletic performance. She holds a degree in Exercise Science from Abilene Christian University and extensive training from the International Professional School of Bodywork.
Nikki’s career is defined by working with elite athletes. In 1998, she began treating professional road cyclists and triathletes, and in 2000, she worked with the Australian Institute of Sport to prepare their Olympic candidates. An elite athlete herself, Nikki has raced national-circuit mountain bikes and is an avid marathoner with three Boston Marathons and a Chicago Marathon under her belt.
Whether you are an Olympian tuning up for competition, an endurance athlete smashing personal goals, or someone recovering from an intense injury or surgery, Nikki is dedicated to helping you optimize your recovery and perform at your absolute best.
