Transitions are one of the most challenging aspects of triathlon for most athletes. Join APEX Coaching for customized bike/run combination workouts.

The APEX Coaching Power House gives you a safe and secure option, which can be difficult when riding on open roads or having to leave your bike unsecured while you head out on the run.

We will host transitions workouts at the Power House year round. We will ride inside and run outside during the warmer months and we will ride inside and run inside on treadmill and utilize rowing and strength exercises during the colder months. However, workouts could include any or all of our modalities depending on what’s best for each individual or group.
